This has been a bad month for old school franchises and reviews. First we had Silent Hill Downpour not living up to expectations, receiving many average scores. Next up on the list of disappointments was Ninja Gaiden 3, and now Resident Evil!?

For our next inFocus, we put American McGee’s Alice: Madness Returns under our lens. We couldn’t wait to play this title since the original was PC only. Step through the looking glass to see if Alice can stand up to other console titles, or if she should have stayed on the PC with the likes of Brink.

In our latest inFocus Review, we focus our lens on Day 1 Studio’s latest installment of F.E.A.R. – Taking place nine months after the events of the first two games, F.E.A.R. 3 is a story of two brothers. The question is, will they be able to put their differences aside and work together, or will there only be one “favorite son” in the end?  Only time will tell…

I know this review is about a year late, but hey, who doesn’t like to go back and play games that we may have missed?  I for one am a huge Fable fan and couldn’t go on without playing it eventually.  Seeing how we don’t have a review for the game yet, lets put this revolutionary game under the lens and get a glimpse of the future of Albion.

At last year’s E3, Bethesda had a lineup we all couldn’t wait for. Fallout: New Vegas, Brink, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, Rage, and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. We have put Fallout and Brink under our Lens, now its Hunted’s turn. One of the titles to receive the most hype over this year has finally hit the shelves, but is it really as great as everyone expected it to be?  An open world game is something we are all used to playing these days, but how often do we get a chance to be an officer of the law in these sandbox games? Lets put this much talked about title under the lens and close this case once and for all.
