The next game from Heavy Rain developer Quantic Dream has been officially announced by David Cage during Sony’s E3 press conference tonight. The game is called Beyond: Two Souls, and it will star Juno actress, Ellen Page in the game’s lead role.
Cage described the game as “emotional” and “mature”, explaining that the story will be shaped by the choices the player makes. You can watch the debut demonstration, which happens to take place in real-time, below.

Here’s the official HD version of the footage:
And here’s the official HD gameplay footage of The Last of Us that they showed at the conference:
Lets hope it has a better story and voice acting than Heavy Rain. Heavy Rain was a good game but the story was a bit sloppy in some areas but still pretty good oerall. Did they say when its comin out though?
Another ps3 game that looks nothing short of sunning”Quantic Dreams is proving to be up there with the best programers”Another must buy for my PS3′i cant wait to play this Thankyou Quautic Dreams and Sony for bringing us such fresh games.
The animation and lighting is really on a higher standard than what current games offer. I think it even surpasses La Noire.

why does the top image look so washed out (like most PS3 pics on this site), but the pic on the youtube link looks much darker and the way it should?
I guess its the way lenz has there setup;}but yeah samchez somethings not right there”i think it was you who also pointed it out on the ghost recon whilest its was head to head shots the ps3 looked washed out and then all of a suddern when the ps3 version was shot alone not in a head to head it looked not so washed out lol”Lenz do a great job on here but im sure the ps3 is sometimes not rigged up right or something im not sure”but if there was one thing that was going through my mined is that the super white was being turned on and off all the time lol;}but this shot is not dirct from a ps3 in lenses hands so im lost on this one;}im not sure why it looks so washed out.
yeah, it is a valid question. the continual washed out PS3 images on this site are one of the main factors people choose the Xbox version over the PS3 counterpart. When I see screen shots on other sites, the contrast is much better, the way it should be. Just curious. Its washed out images like that which empower the Xbots.
Here’s a little something that will surely make your jaw drop!

They initially used a washed out, lower quality, leaked version of the video and later updated with the official one. That image was captured from the leaked version. They just didn’t bother changing it.
Looks washed out due to lossy video compression format. If uploaded to youtube it becomes worse
I hear you Samchez”i agree it is a problem that needs addressing”even if lenz darkend the image somehow just a tad to make it look more appealing in someway IF it is a port and looks realy washed out, well i dont know”its always the ports that have this washed out problem”if it was a video tape being copied over and over again i could understand but quite what the deal is with a video game beats me hands down”cant they darken it on there pc or something before copying it to the ported console mainly the ps3
Weird, Android and Buying not commenting on a game by a Second Party developer that mops the floor with anything MS showed at their conference?! Weird indeed, as they are such active contributors on H2Hs.
hahah I know right? they hardly show thier face when they get thier ass handed to them. But when they have a win (which is often I admit) they rub everyones noses in it!
good times.
I would love to see Lots of AI in this game. . . . Funny how this game is geared towards a cinematic experience more than anything so Art direction and visuals are always taken into account. For this level of fidelity you have to sacrifice something right?………I’m starting to wonder what that is…………..
Complete control,Physics, AI’s, No real-time events , more so, this game is heavily scripted. Not much processing power being taken there. So all that extra leg room is used for visuals.
I could be wrong though….Just IMO
