Above is the official E3 2011 Final Fantasy XIII 2 trailer. Below are screens from that same trailer. The focus of them being on the gameplay sections, although a few CG shots did sneak in (they just look too good). There is still allot of info yet to be revealed about this one, while we wait, see what you can spot in the shots.

Looks awesome. More open, and I like the soundtrack. I’m eager to see exactly what they added to the combat system.
Then again, I think I was one of the few who actually liked FFXIII.
Looks pretty good but it seems like the only people who changed outfits are Lightning and Serah.
Still though, Looking forward to this.
the 360 graphical fiasco, returns
I really enjoyed Final Fantasy XIII despite the departure from traditional Final Fantasy games. I hope Final Fantasy XIII-2 will correct the mistakes of the previous entry. Looking forward to it. Looks gorgeous and loving the improved weather effects. I am curious to see if my original FFXIII save will transfer over to FFXIII-2. If it does then I hope we will get some type of freebie like an exclusive weapon.
