Have a look at the first ever official campaign video from Microsoft and 343′s Halo 4. In the demostration “Master Chief faces new enemies and deadly technology as he races to save the shipwrecked UNSC Infinity.” The game is due out November 6th, 2012 exclusively on the Xbox 360.

Looking good so far. Good to know that teh new developer aren’t just doing a rehash of Bungie’s games. Good to know that they are actually introducing new ideas and actually advancing teh series.
Best looking fps game for console from the vids I’ve seen.
One of the jungle scenes I saw looked a bit like a scene from killzone 3, hopefully it’ll have more gameplay than that generic shooter.

Android are you mad? Killzone 3 is awesome! even if a bit short and dodgy story line. Best FPS graphic shooter out there on consoles according to LOT. The online is awesome aswell! MECHS!!!!

Android, I know you are blind judging from your empty skeletor eye sockets. I know you are a troll…because you’re a troll but that is WEAK. KZ3 runs circles around any Halo ever made both graphically and gameplay wise. So by your definition, the best console fps has technical bugs galore like an aiming reticle that needs to be placed completely to the left of its targets just to hit them??? With laggy hitches when walking between map sections??? Those were such glaring flaws in the E3 demo that it’s surprising they even put it up for display.
Well, there’s little doubt that Killzone and Halo 4 will be compared. Both have great graphics but Halo 4, from what I’ve seen, is ahead. That’s not to say that KZ3 is anything less than amazing, it is. Halo 4, however, seems to be ahead here.

On that note, Halo 4 certainly looks good, but I’m going to wait until I actually get the chance to play it myself before I can compare it to Killzone, but that’s just me.
The best part about the MS conf. Everything else was either about timed exclusive DLC for multiplat games, Kinect based functionality or Smartglass (which is a cool feature since I can use my own tablet/smartphone).
Forgot to mention CG trailers can never be as good as gameplay ones so Gears and Forza didn’t really impress me that much for that reason.
The Forza Horizon trailer wasn’t CG.
The game is looking way too linear compared to previous Halo titles. I’m starting to wonder if there will even be free vehicle control.

Agreed.This will be the first console FPS able to go head to head with KZ3 graphicswise. About f#$%n time. This seems to be a great step for Halp btw.
